"Cute stuff, but the sizes disappear fast"
The clothes are decent and I’ve found a few things I liked, but the selection isn’t huge. Also, the sizes seem to sell out really quickly, so it kind of feels like they’re not stocking enough in the first place

My order had an issue. Nothing huge, but still annoying. They did fix it eventually, so I’ll give them that. But I had to follow up more than once, which got old fast. Support was polite when they replied. Just... slow. Really slow. Overall, not a terrible experience, but I definitely expected better updates along the way.

"Recommendations were a mixed bag"
I’ll be honest, I’m kind of worn out by all these sites claiming they know exactly what I want. The personalized picks here were okay, and I did end up finding one pair I liked, so that was a plus. But a few of the suggestions were nowhere near my size or really not my style at all. The site itself was easy enough to use, which I appreciated. Overall, not bad, but not something I’d rave about either.

The staff was okay, but the store just felt messy overall. There was dust on shelves and some trash around the fitting area, which made the place feel kind of neglected. I was only there for about a short visit, but it definitely stood out.

"Maybe I Just Caught Them at a Bad Time"
I’m not sure if I reached out at the worst possible moment, but customer service took a really long time to get back to me. By the time I finally got a response, my issue still wasn’t really fixed. It was frustrating, and I left feeling disappointed with the whole experience.

"Site feels frustrating to deal with"
I assumed it was just one of those bad-site experiences after the first couple pages took forever to load, and yeah, it pretty much kept going that way. The filters kept resetting on me, and checkout froze more than once on my phone. I figured it might smooth out after refreshing, but it stayed annoying the whole time

I went in hoping to get some decent help picking out running shoes, but it was just okay. The staff were friendly enough, so i don’t want to make it sound like they were rude or anything, but the advice felt basic. The product itself was fine, but the box showed up kind of dented, which was a little disappointing. I also had to wait in a queue longer than expected to get help about it, so the whole experience was just okay.

"Am I the only one who expected more accessories?"
Am I the only one who thought there’d be a bigger selection of running accessories? I was hoping to grab a few things along with my shoes, but it felt picked over. The socks were okay, but there weren’t many colors or sizes left.
I also checked out the hydration gear and hats, and those were limited too. A bunch of stuff I clicked on was either sold out or just not really what I had in mind.
Checkout itself was easy enough, so no complaints there. But if I’m shopping for accessories next time, I’d probably look somewhere else first. I just expected a running store to have more options.

I ordered running shoes in my usual size and the color I picked, but they sent me a completely different color and a half size off. The packing slip actually had the right details, which makes it even more confusing. I’ve ordered plenty of shoes online before and this is the first time something this basic got messed up. Now I’m stuck dealing with a return for a mistake I didn’t make, which is frustrating

"Training plan kind of fell apart"
At first, I was like okay, this seems decent enough. But after a few weeks, the whole training plan started feeling all over the place. There wasn’t much follow-up, and it didn’t feel tailored to my pace at all. I kept wondering if anyone was actually tracking my progress or just sending generic stuff and hoping for the best. For what it costs, I expected way more structure and attention. Not the worst experience ever, but definitely disappointing.

"Overall okay, but the exchange took some time"
Overall, it turned out fine, but the exchange definitely took a little longer than I expected. I had to swap my shoes for a different size, and while the process did work, I ended up checking in once because things felt a bit slow. Customer service did get back to me, which I appreciated. Not a bad experience, just wish it had been a bit smoother.

The checkout process was annoying. I’d get to the payment page thinking I was almost done, and then it would act weird and make me re-enter my info again. After the second time, it felt like the goalposts kept moving just to place a simple order

"Shipping cost felt way too high"
The item itself was fine, but the shipping cost was just too much. It felt like I was paying almost as much for shipping as I was for the actual order, maybe around half the total or so. I probably would’ve bought it sooner if the delivery fee was more reasonable...

"Decent prices, but I still shop around!!!"
I’ve ordered from Luke’s Locker a couple of times now, and the prices are okay!!! Not terrible at all, but I wouldn’t say they’re super cheap either!!! A few running shoes I looked at were about the same as other stores, and some were even a little higher!!!
I do really like their selection though!!! They usually have good options, especially for running gear, but I still compare prices before I buy!!! Overall it’s a good shop, I just wish they had more sales or random price drops!!!

"Nice People, But Not Exactly a Grand Adventure"
The staff were genuinely friendly and helped me out when I asked, which I appreciated. But the whole visit had this slightly rushed feeling, like I had wandered into the middle of a scene that needed to wrap up quickly. It wasn’t bad by any means, just not very personal or memorable. Overall, a perfectly okay experience, but nothing that made the skies open up or anything.
